A: We will make an effort to accommodate special dietary requirements. Since the dinner is being held during Lent, optional fish and vegetarian dinners can be requested. Guests must inform their servers if they wish to have one of the optional meals.

Q: What do I need to do if my guest list changes after I purchase tickets?
A: Very likely, yes. Governor Palin is far and away the nation’s most popular Republican speaker. The VIP reception in particular is strictly limited to 250 tickets. So buy your tickets early!
A: Yes, no tickets are reserved until payment is received.
A: VIP tickets have seating very close to the Podium in the VIP area. General Admission ticket seating is assigned based on when tickets are purchased. Tickets purchased early will be assigned closer to the podium than tickets purchased later.
A. All VIP Ticket Purchasers will be invited to join Governor Palin and numerous elected officials and other luminaries in a private VIP Reception featuring premium hors d’oeuvres, open premium bar, souvenir photo with Governor Palin and a signed copy of Governor Palin’s Book. VIP guests will be seated very close to the podium at Dinner. Complimentary Valet Parking is also provided to VIP guests.
A: Almost always, yes. We keep parties together. Of course, anyone who purchases an entire table will automatically get the whole table to themselves.
A: Try not to be late. We expect 3,000 guests. VIP ticket holders in particular are strongly advised to arrive by 5:45 PM to assure easy entry to the VIP reception and a photo with Gov. Palin. General Admission guests should arrive by 6:00 or 6:15 PM
A: The VIP reception includes an opportunity to mingle with other VIP guests and elected officials, and of course to meet and take a photo with Governor Palin. The General Admission reception is an opportunity to mingle with other guests and share the excitement before dinner. There is also a silent auction/vending of many Palin and other souvenirs to browse before dinner.
A. No, your name is all that is needed. Give your name to the staff at the check-in table the night of the event. It is a good idea to know who purchased your ticket for reference purposes in case we have to track down a reservation.
A: Yes, Governor Palin is the featured and ONLY speaker.
A: We expect 3,000 guests. Only VIP Ticket Purchasers are assured the opportunity to meet Governor Palin personally.
A: Many well-known elected officials and candidates are expected to attend.
A. Companies and individuals can both buy tickets.
A: Business Attire.
A: Complimentary Valet Parking is provided for all VIP guests. Complimentary self-parking is available for all General Admission guests. General Admission guests may also purchase valet parking for $10.
A: Only the person or business who is actually buying the tickets (i.e their name is on the check or credit card). The information is NOT required for all the guests unless their name is on the check or credit card.
A: We are not permitted by law to accept contributions without this information, therefore the reservation will be rejected and no tickets reserved until we can obtain the required information.
A. VERY important. We will make name badges in advance for all guests. These MUST be provided no later than a week in advance to avoid check-in difficulties or embarrassment.

A: All funds are used by the Orange County Republican Party to register Republican voters, get Republicans the polls and assist Republican candidates in the general election. Our mission is to elect Republicans!
A: Guest list changes can be made at the Orange County Republic Executive Committee page. Be sure to include each guest’s verifiable first and last name as printed on their identification.
